The ACT Party is warning of severe consequences from the Labour Party's new immigration policy.
Labour unveiled new policy today, which involves a crack down on lower skilled work visas and students coming here to do low value education courses.
ACT Leader David Seymour is using a care home in Epsom to illustrate the impact the changes may have, and how the work force at such facilities could be affected.
He said a resident of the home has written to him to say that even under current immigration settings, the facility faces serious hurdles to gaining the workers who provide valued care for high-needs residents.
