The World Masters Games are wrapping up with a closing ceremony at Queen's Wharf on Auckland's waterfront.
More than 27,000 people have taken part in ten days of sport, representing more than 100 countries.
Closing ceremony MC Scotty Morrison told those gathered he disagreed with advice to address them as athletes of yesteryear.
"I said 'No, these are true blue athletes'," he told tonight's crowd.
"I've been out watching you the last days, the few weeks and some of you have still got it - put your hand up if you think you've still got it!"
Sport and Recreation Minister Jonathan Coleman has told the athletes, officials and supporters that the past ten days have been a blast.
"It's been absolutely fantastic to have the World Masters Games here in Auckland, Aotearoa New Zealand."
