Winston Peters has become the new flavour of the month at a Christchurch ice cream store.
Rollickin's gelato store created a quirky way of encouraging voting leading up to election day, when they brought in blue and red creations.
They offered a new Billy Boy vanilla and blueberry flavour and Jacinda Fever with cream cheese and red velvet cake.
Store director Jed Joyce said they've now got flavour for the New Zealand First leader.
"[We made it] when we figured out that Winston was the king or queen maker and whatever makes up the government we're going to do another flavour for it."
The chocolate and liquorice ice cream's sprinkled with what the shop calls "Grandpa's favourite choccy bikkies".
Store director Jed Joyce said they've even thrown in a deal for pensioners.
"If you bring in your Goldcard you get a free chocolate shot in the bottom of your cone, basically pure melted chocolate."
