Black Caps captain Kane Williamson has scooped the top honours at the New Zealand Cricket awards in Auckland.

Williamson has been awarded the Sir Richard Hadlee Medal for the second year in a row.

He has also won the Redpath Cup for first-class batting and has been namedTwenty20 Player of the Year.

Williamson has risen three places to second in the latest Test batting rankings following his century in the drawn third test in Hamilton.

Amy Satterthwaite with an average of 103.88 has won the women's ODI player of the year award,with Suzie Bates the Twenty20 player of the year.

Neil Wagner is the test player of the year, Martin Guptill the ODI player of the year for the second year running.

Taranaki Cricket Association life member Neil Sulzberger has received the prestigious Bert Sutcliffe Medal Award for outstanding services to Cricket.
