Workers at Cotton On are officially keeping their tea breaks, as a collective bargaining agreement has been ratified.
The company came under criticism a fortnight ago amid claims it was preparing to scrap paid tea breaks.
First Union and Cotton On today signed off on a new CBA - which will also see a wage increase for workers.
