A postie fired over accusations of taking part in Friday drinks has been given her job back.
Breeze Tuhimata worked as a postie for nine years, before she and 12 others were accused of drinking on a "dry site".
The Employment Relations Authority says New Zealand Post didn't share information which influenced its decision to fire her, which meant Ms Tuhimata couldn't defend herself.
It says there's no evidence to show Ms Tuhimata knew about the presence of alcohol.
Ms Tuhimata has also been awarded $7500.
