One woman's experience at the Anzac Cove dawn service on the Gallipoli Peninsula is going to be a more moving one thanks to NewstalkZB.
Avalon Fryer had forgotten to pack her grandfather's Gallipoli medals and was devastated that she wouldn't be able to wear them tomorrow.

A Facebook plea from her daughter saw our political editor Barry Soper deliver them to a delighted Mrs Fryer during the early hours of this morning in Istanbul.
"We looked at couriering them, and the courier wasn't going to get here in time and I thought, well that's it. It's not going to happen. And then we get this email saying they're going to be brought up."
"It's just unbelievable that with plane delays and there was a date mix up but hey, it's all worked out. It's just amazing."
