Lotto's latest millionaire carried the winning ticket around in his pocket and went back to work.

The Papamoa man checked the ticket at a self check kiosk, he saw 'major prize winner' flash up but went back to work to double check it later.

After checking the ticket online hours later the winner raced to a Lotto shop and claimed his two million dollar prize.

The winning two million dollar ticket was sold at Papamoa Pak n Save.
