A house fire has destroyed a property on the Kapiti Coast overnight.
Firefighters were called to the blaze on Seaview Road in Paraparaumu at around 11pm yesterday.
Four crews battled the blaze and the property was "severely damaged".
A fire truck remained at the scene overnight, and fire investigators will try to establish the cause of the fire today.
