"De-suttonise".

That's the new phrase coined by the Employment Law Institute, as it urges employers to behave at their end of year bash.

President Mark Nutsford says, following the Roger Sutton case, messages have been sent to employers to practice an arm's length relationship with their staff.

He says just over the weekend a boss was accused of sexual harassment, after kissing a female staff member in what was regarded as a congratulatory Christmas kiss.

Mark Nutsford says what was acceptable twenty years ago is no longer a guide of how to behave in today's environment.
