Kim Dotcom is convinced the government is still spying on him.
Cameras belonging to New Zealand Customs and used by the New Zealand Defence Force have been installed at the Hilton's penthouse suite on Auckland's Princes Wharf.
It's eye-level with Dotcom's own penthouse across the road.
While the Defence Force, Customs, and the hotel admitted views of the surrounding apartments were recorded, any surveillance of Dotcom's home would have been accidental.
They say the cameras were monitoring the harbour during the Royal NZ Navy's 75th anniversary celebrations.
But Dotcom pictures he took of the camera show the lens pointing directly at him.
Dotcom and his fellow accused continue to refuse an extradition from New Zealand that would see them facing copyright charges in the United States.
It's just the latest amongst a string of accusations on either side of the government versus Dotcom debate.
In 2013 police found the GCSB was illegally spying on Mr Dotcom, but didn't press charges.
