New Zealand children's charity Cure Kids has won its High Court battle to be a allowed to use a fund raising icon.
It will again don red noses, after a finding that the organisation hadn't abandoned its trade mark, even though it stopped using it for a while.
Australian charity SIDS and kids Australia claimed to hold the registered trade mark and didn't want a charity in the same region confusing things with its efforts.
Cure Kids says the ruling means it can get on with funding vital child health research.
