The coroner's report into the January 2012 Carterton balloon crash is to be made public this afternoon.
Eleven people, including the pilot, were killed when the hot air balloon hit power lines, caught fire and soon after plummeted to the earth.
The coronial hearing last year ran for a week in May, then was adjourned before being completed over three days in July.
Throughout the hearing the court heard in detail what happened the day of the crash - and evidence from the Civil Aviation Authority and ballooning experts.
Family members asked for more drug testing, and more thorough safety briefings.
The coroner's findings, and any recommendations that may be made, will be made public at 5pm.
