Around 150 people have woken up in their cars outside parliament this morning, in a bid to highlight issues with housing.
It's part of the Park Up For Homes campaign.
They're parked up on the doorstep of the Beehive.
Spokeswoman Bex Rillstone said the group that slept out overnight is made up of councillors, members of parliament, action groups, and volunteers.
"We have a lot of kids here - we have a lot of families who have come with their children. We also have politicians - we have Metiria Turei and Grant Robertson."
While it's just one night for them, it's a reality for many people and many families right across New Zealand, she said.
