New Zealand Prime Minister Bill English has tweeted his support for those affected by the Manchester Arena attack, which left at least 19 people dead and 50 injured.
Manchester police are urging the public to remain vigilant after the attack at an Ariana Grande concert.
Mr English said his thoughts are with the people of the city.

Labour Party Leader Andrew Little has done the same, saying his thoughts are with the families of the victims.
Mr Little said he's been moved by the stories of the Manchester community coming together and helping each other.
