The Auckland Housing market might be slowing, but prices are rising around the country.
QV figures out today show a slow down in home values in Auckland, but an increase in the capital, and other parts of the country.
QV spokeswoman Andrea Rush says nationwide values have risen point seven percent over the past three months, the average home is now worth over $556,000.
"For the first time in many months, values have decreased in Auckland's central suburbs, the North Shore, Manukau, and Waitakere," she said.
Rush said that in Auckland, the average house value ranges from $736,000 in the west to over $1.079 million on the North Shore.
