A company culture expert claims workplace bullying is being allowed to slide in New Zealand.
Culture Safe director Allan Halse says there are fewer consequences for tormenting your workmates in New Zealand, than there are in other places around the world.
He told Tim Dower in the UK there's a government agency that can intervene in workplace conflicts.
"The problem we've got in New Zealand, because it's not policed, there are some organisations that believe that bullying managers are strong managers - and they're not."
