The smoking rate among 14 and 15 year-olds has dipped below 3 percent for the first time.
The figures come from a new survey by Action on Smoking and Health.
It's says there's been a significant reduction in smoking amongst teenagers in the past three years. In 2012, it was at 11 percent.
ASH is using the new figures to launch a renewed push for plain packaging.
