Police have serious concerns for the wellbeing of 76-year-old Kebai Liu who has been missing in Wellington for more than two days.

She is Chinese and speaks very little English.

Police found her on Oriental Parade about 11.50 on Thursday night after she was reported missing earlier that day.

She was returned to her family home in Woodridge but her family discovered her missing again about 8.30 on Friday morning and believe she may have left home some time after 2.30. earlier that morning.

She is likely to be wearing a long-sleeve blue shirt, possible denim, and blue jeans.

Police do not believe she has any identification or money in her possession and therefore, will not be able to use public transport.

She may still be in the Woodridge area.
