A man in his 70s has been seriously injured in a crash in Bay of Plenty.
The man is being flown to hospital after being hit by a vehicle at Pukehina, near Te Puke, shortly before 8am.
Serious crash investigators are making their way to the scene.
Old Coach Road is closed between Macdougall Quarry Rd and Ohinepanea Rd.
