An 85-year-old man who fell down a bank onto rocks on Auckland's North Shore this afternoon was unconscious for two hours before he could call for help.
The man, who plunged 60 metres from the back of his property at Castor Bay, woke in considerable pain.
The Westpac helicopter transferred him to hospital, where he's now in serious but stable condition.
