Police have found a body inside a car near Nelson which was discovered on fire and down a bank this afternoon.
It's unclear how the car came to be down the bank, or on fire, but police have now confirmed finding a person inside.
The car will be left in the bush under police guard overnight, before a full investigation begins in the morning.
