A member of a Whangarei "cannabis club" facing drugs charges has been granted bail.

28-year-old Sarah Gwenneth Gillgren was arrested during a police bust on the Daktory Whangarei in the Port Road industrial area last week.

She appeared in Whangarei District Court today on charges of selling cannabis and selling cannabis oil, and was granted bail to reappear on January the 31st.

She's also jointly charged with 60-year-old Brian Thomas Borland of cultivating cannabis.

About a hundred cannabis plants were seized from what Police say was a complex and significant indoor growing operation.
