UPDATED 4.37PM: The High Court in New Plymouth is hearing how a teen accused of sexually violating a young woman, told her she wanted it.

Two young men face a raft of charges related to accusations they had a threesome with a 17-year-old, who was too drunk to know what was happening.

One also faces a charge for making a video recording of the incident, which was posted on a private Facebook page.

The court's heard what the woman recalls happening before she says she blacked out and was allegedly raped at a party in Oakura on October 11 last year.

The woman says she remembers sitting on the couch with the two teens.

One man took her cellphone and started filming the other grab her face and kiss her.

One of the last things she says she recalls before waking up in her bed the next morning, is telling him to "f*** off".

She says she tried to piece together what happened the following day by talking to friends.

The court heard the woman texted friends saying she couldn't remember a thing, wasn't ok with having a threesome and swore it was rape.

One of the accused texted her saying, "I didn't take advantage of you. You wanted it".

During the days following the incident, the woman texted a friend saying that if she got her way, the men would be behind bars and no longer playing rugby.

She said, "I refuse to be known as the slut who had a threesome".

The lawyer of one of the accused, Susan Hughes QC, highlighted the woman's experience in acting and the performing arts, as she questioned her amnesia of the incident.

She argues the woman was coherent enough to kiss one of the accused at the party, before walking with the other to the bedroom where the alleged offending occurred.

She points to a cellphone video recording that shows the woman smiling after being kissed.

While the complainant says she the told the accused who kissed her to "f*** off", Ms Hughes says that comment was actually directed at the person filming her.

The defendants' appeal against the judge's decision to lift their name suppression will be heard in the Court of Appeal tomorrow.

The trial is expected to continue until the end of next week.
