A Taiwanese woman will appear in court today, after being charged over a fatal car crash at a Canterbury intersection.
The 39-year-old driver collided with a car at the stop-sign controlled intersection of Dawsons and Jones Road in Templeton, almost two weeks ago.
One of the seven Taiwanese passengers died at the scene, while a woman was hospitalised with serious injuries.
Three children and two women were also injured.
The woman will appear in the Christchurch District Court today charged with careless driving causing death and careless driving causing injury.
