That's the response from a female rights campaigner, after boys who posted sexually degrading photos of young drunk girls on Facebook, were let off with a warning.
Lizzie Marvelly said these kinds of incidents don't happen in a vacuum.
"I think it's really a cultural issue. It's education, it's understanding what's going on with young people today, talking about sex, what it is, what it isn't, how to have respectful relationships, how to treat each other with respect. It's a much bigger issue."
She said it sends a very worrying message to young women that such complaints aren't being taken seriously.
"I don't think that these young men should be sent to prison but some kind of education program, some kind of community wraparound to try and teach these young men that this kind of behaviour is not acceptable."
