Police are seeking a man who was once accused of using his partner's baby son to shield himself from police pepper spray.Â
Hawke's Bay Police are seeking Zane Lewis, 26, who has warrants to arrest.
In 2013, the then-22 year old Mr Lewis appeared in court following an incident where police allege he held the 1-year-old infant in front of him to block police pepper spray.
Police said he then locked himself, his partner and the child inside the Waipawa property where police had approached him.
Police say Lewis is 172 cm and is described as being of small build.
