A 31-year old man is in Police custody after the Armed Offenders Squad swooped on a property in Palmerston North this morning.
Police had a warrant to arrest the man, and went to the address on Ferguson Street after a a tip off.
Five armed police officers had been at the scene since 10am.
The man was arrested without incident.
