More details on the internet history of the man charged with killing Christchurch woman Renee Duckmanton.
Detective Donavon Aitken has told the High Court in Christchurch, weeks before Miss Duckmanton’s death, the accused accessed online articles about past murders of Christchurch prostitutes.
33-year-old Sainey Marong is on trial for the murder of the 22-year-old sex worker in May 2016.

Detective Donavan Aiken has told the High Court in Christchurch, as well as searches referencing kidnapping and necrophilia the month before - Marong read articles about the murders of Mellory Manning and Susie Sutherland.
22-year-old Miss Duckmanton was last seen on the corner of Peterborough and Manchester streets in the heart of the city's red light district.
He says there was also significant online activity after her death.
"The 18th of May, 2016, at 9:32 am, there's a Google search for 'how was Robertson captured after killing and raping an Auckland woman'."
Detective Aitken says this relates to the murder of Auckland woman Blessie Gotingco by Tony Robertson.
The trial continues.
