UPDATED 5.50PM: The allegations which could land Kim Dotcom back in jail, can finally be made public.

The court is now allowing the reporting of the details of the bail hearing which hinges on three main arguments. 

Reporter Frances Cook told Larry Williams one of those is that Kim Dotcom had an undeclared asset which he could've used to escape custody.

"That's a Rolls Royce which he has stored in Europe, that's worth apparently about half a million dollars. And they say he didn't declare, he could've sold it and used that to escape," she said.

The internet entrepreneur strongly denies breaching the conditions of his bail, by keeping valuable assets hidden, associating with his co-defendants, and continuing to infringe music copyright laws.

There's still no decision from Judge Nevin Dawson on the case, which will now continue for a third day at the Auckland District Court on Monday.
