Kim Dotcom's extradition hearing has been delayed again.
It was to take place at the start of next month, after he was arrested in January 2012.
The US Government wants the internet mogul back there to face charges of copyright infringement.
Dotcom and his co-accused sought an adjournment from the court saying they haven't had enough time to prepare for the extradition hearing.
They told the court that's because of changes in legal representation and insufficient funding.
Justice Katz has released a decision today, saying she's reluctantly granting the adjournment.
She says the decision shouldn't be taken as a signal that any ongoing funding of legal representation difficulties would be likely to justify further adjournments.
