Updated 5.40pm:Â Kim Dotcom's battle to stay out of jail will continue for a second day.
The internet mogul is accused of breaching his bail conditions, and has spent all of today in the Auckland District Court, fighting the allegations.
The court proceedings are all suppressed until the judge makes a decision on the case.
The hearing will resume just before midday tomorrow.
Media asked to leave court
Media have once again been asked to leave the court, as lawyers wrangle over whether Kim Dotcom breached his bail conditions.
The internet entrepreneur has already been slapped with tighter release conditions, including checking in with police on a daily basis, ahead of a legal decision.
Details of theearing at the Auckland District Court are strictly suppressed until it's decided whether or not Dotcom goes back to jail.
Media and the public have also twice been asked to leave the courtroom today, while particularly sensitive matters are discussed.
