Bribery and corruption are on the rise in New Zealand.
A Deloitte survey shows almost one in four organisations have experienced at least one known instance of corruption.
Spokeswoman Lorinda Kelly says more than half of instances reported occurred during the last 12 months.
"The top three in our survey, as far as the most common types of domestic corruption, were undisclosed conflicts of interest, supply kick backs and personal favours."
