Auckland Police are looking for a man who's cut off his electronic monitoring bracelet.

They're seeking 25-year-old Chinese man Wen-Hao Liang.

Police say he's breached his bail conditions by removing his monitoring bracelet and is no longer residing at the address required by the court.

He's believed to be in the Auckland City area.

Liang is currently facing a number of charges and police have serious concerns for his mental health.
