Christchurch Police are appealing for sightings of three men after the aggravated robbery of a dairy last night.

The young men aged 18 and 19 stole an unknown amount of cash and cigarettes from the Beachcomber dairy in New Brighton.

Police say a firearm was presented but no-one was injured.

One teenager was wearing a red Chicago Bulls basketball singlet, black bandanna and black pants.

The second was wearing a black hoodie, long black trousers, a blue bandanna and a black beanie.

The third man was wearing a light coloured bucket hat, a puffer jacket and grey or khaki 3/4 length shorts.

All three were seen leaving the scene on foot.
