Spark is selling its wholly owned subsidiary Telecom Rentals Limited.
It's entered into a conditional agreement to sell the ICT and Telecommunications equipment leasing business, to FlexiGroup Limited, for 106 million dollars.
Spark says the divestment is in line with the company's strategy to focus on digital services.
