New Zealand business confidence has risen for a second month, extending post-election gains from a two-year low as firms take a more rosy outlook on their conditions.
The latest ANZ Bank Business Outlook survey has found a net 31.5 percent of firms are optimistic business conditions will improve in the coming year, up from 26.5 percent in October.
