Graeme Hart has retained his spot as the wealthiest man in New Zealand.

He's topped the NBR Rich List with a $9 billion fortune - up $2 billion on last year.
As well as a $30 million dollar Auckland cliff-top mansion, Hart has property on Waiheke Island and two superyachts.
He's followed by investor Richard Chandler, who's worth $4 billion.
The Todd family, whose patriarch Sir John Todd died today, rounds out the top three with a fortune of almost $3.2 billion.
New Zealand's richest woman is Victoria Ransom, who sits at number 38 on the list and is worth $315 million dollars.
