Treasury has released a list of those who have attended presentations about the transfer of Housing New Zealand homes to community housing providers.

UK-based infrastructure group John Laing is on the list, as well as Australian representatives from international firm Plenary Group.

New Zealand law firms Chapman Tripp and Bell Gully have also shown interest, as well as all of New Zealand's big banks.
