It's been an extremely busy night for firefighters in Auckland.

At one point Fire and Emergency had more than 70 firefighters out battling blazes across the city.

Six crews were called to a house fire on West Coast Road in Glen Eden about 9pm.

Eight crews fought a blaze in a commercial building on Dominion Road in Mt Eden, which broke out just before 1am.

A few minutes later, crews were called out to a small house fire in Halberg Street in Glenfield.

Firefighters have remained on stand-by at the Glen Eden and Mt Eden fires all night.

There have been no reported injuries.
