Annabel Langbein’s White Sangria

Sangria fans will love this pale and interesting tropical version using white wine, peach schnapps and juicy fruits. Sublime! Try triple sec, nectarine liqueur or any fruity liqueur in place of the peach schnapps. Any juicy fruits will work well too.

 

Ready in 10 mins

Serves 6

 

1 bottle fruity white wine, chilled

2 cups soda water, chilled

1½ cups apple juice

½ cup peach schnapps

2 peaches or nectarines, thinly sliced

1 blood orange, thinly sliced

a handful of strawberries

2 handfuls ice cubes

 

Mix everything together in a tall jug and serve.
