Two Kiwis finish in Kentucky's top ten

By: Elliott Smith | Other Sport News | Monday April 30 2012 9:00

The Kiwis have secured two top ten finishes at the Rolex Kentucky three day equestrian event.

Jonathan Paget on Clifton Promise took eight faults during the final showjumping phase to fall from third to sixth, while Andrew Nicholson rode a clear round to move from ninth to seventh.

There's a Kiwi connection to the event winner, with William Fox-Pitt's ride Parklane Hawk bred in New Zealand.
