Whincup stretches lead in V8s

Holden's Jamie Whincup's had a perfect weekend in Townsville to stretch his lead in the V8 Supercars series to 100 points.

Whincup's won both races at the Townsville 400, claiming victory in the second race on Sunday from team mate Craig Lowndes, with Ford's Will Davison in third.

Shane Van Gisbergen's finished seventh in the second race, and is still the leading Kiwi, in sixth overall.
