An eagle on the the 12th from Lydia Ko has helped New Zealand take second place at the Queen Sirikit Cup in Singapore. The Kiwi amateurs headed into the final round in fourth position, before overtaking the Philippines and Australia. Ko says just making one bogey on her final round was the key. "I made par after making the eagle so yeah I played pretty consistently and I didn't make as many bogeys as I did the other days so yeah I'm pretty happy." South Korea successfully defended their title. |
