Banks still under fire in parliament

By: Felix Marwick | Latest Political News | Thursday August 2 2012 6:44

The needling of John Banks continues in Parliament as the opposition tries to keep his donations scandal the centre of attention.

Trevor Mallard's used an estimates debate in Parliament to renew his attack on the ACT MP, his 2010 mayoral campaign donations, and his relationship with Kim Dotcom.

And the criticism's been pointed with the Labour MP likening Mr Banks to a cockroach and a chicken.

The attacks are likely to resume when Parliament sits later today.
