Second round exit for Erakovic

A disappointing second round exit for New Zealand's Marina Erakovic at Wimbledon.

Erakovic has been beaten 6-4, 6-3 by 21st seeded Italian Roberta Vinci.

"I think I could have been a bit more aggressive, a bit more proactive, a little bit looser overall and I really felt the nerves today. Maybe the serve could have been a bit better, given me a few more easier points."

Erakovic is through to the second round of the doubles.

Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova are both through to the third round while in the men's draw British hope Andy Murray and seventh seed David Ferrer are through in the men's draw.
