Aussie swimmers in hot water over gun photos

| Latest Swimming News | Friday June 8 2012 6:26

Australian swimmers Nick D'Arcy and Kenrick Monk have been snapped posing on the internet with high powered guns and it's not just them flexing their biceps.

They could face sanctions from their Olympic Committee after posting photos of themselves in an American gun shop.

Swimming Australia has ordered the pair to remove the photos from their Facebook and Twitter accounts.

D'Arcy smirks in the photo as he holds up a pair of automatic pistols.

Monk smiles broadly while holding two pump-action shotguns across his chest.
