Uru, Taylor go through to semifinals

Storm Uru and Peter Taylor have gone straight through to the semifinals of the lightweight double scull.

Uru and Taylor have finished second in their heat, half a boat length behind British rivals Zac Purchase and Mark Hunter.

The semis are on Thursday.

Earlier, lightweight women Louise Ayling and Julia Edward could only manage third in their heat, and face a repechage on Tuesday.
