Another record for Mark Todd

By: Rikki Swannell | Other Sport News | Monday August 13 2012 7:51

Another record for Mark Todd as the London Olympics come to a close.

It may be something heâ s not too keen to hear, but at 56, he's the oldest medallist at these games.

He's 41 years older than the youngest medallist â “ Mexican diver Alejandra Orozco, who won silver in the 10metre platform.

In all, 82 nations won medals in London, but perhaps as a greater sign of the times - 82-thousand tweets per minute were sent after Usain Bolt won the 200 metres gold.
