The New Zealand women's hockey team has scored a crucial and nail biting 3-2 victory over the United States in their fourth pool match at the Olympics.
The scores were tied 2-all with around five minutes left in the match when Clarissa Eshuis scored for New Zealand to give them the victory.
The Black Sticks had constant chances and the run of the play throughout but failed to capitalise on most of them.
It's a vital win for New Zealand who now have a great chance of progressing to the semi-finals.
